"Dr. Kitra was SO compassionate with my 17 year old cat when I had to make a very hard decision. I appreciate his honesty and professionalism. Everyone here is very kind and patient. Unfortunately, I don't believe a lot of the HUMANS they deal with treat them with the respect that they deserve. Please cut them some slack, their job is tremendously difficult and super stressful.
