"Although emergency vet visits are never pleasant, Golf Rose makes the experience as good as they can. The entire staff is so kind, helpful, and understanding. They were always patient with answering questions, providing updates whenever we called, and letting us in for visits, including to the ICU; we were never rushed or made to feel bothersome. Nurses and doctors explained everything thoroughly and always kept us in the loop. Difficult conversations are handled with tact and compassion.
