Diagnostic Imaging
When it comes to accurately diagnosing and treating your pet after he or she has experienced an injury or illness, you can count on our veterinary team to have the latest diagnostic equipment, including digital imaging devices and ultrasound machines.
Injuries and Ailments Diagnosed via Radiology and Ultrasounds
Digital images, including ultrasounds and radiographs are used to diagnose a variety of conditions and ailments in dogs and cats. Common conditions diagnosed include broken bones, joint problems, tumors, brain abnormalities and problems with the internal organs, including the heart, lungs, liver, kidneys and bladder.
Abdominal Ultrasounds & Echocardiograms
Ultrasound is a non-invasive imaging tool which uses soundwaves to investigate internal organs in real time. Abdominal ultrasounds are often performed at Golf Rose Animal Hospital to evaluate organs for signs of dysfunction, inflammation, tumors, gastrointestinal obstruction, etc.
Our echocardiograms (cardiac ultrasounds) are performed by Dr. Kaderly in-house. These images are then submitted for telemedicine evaluation by board-certified cardiologists.
Radiographs
Digital radiography (X-rays) provide diagnostic information about the internal anatomy of animals. At Golf Rose, radiographs are used daily to look for signs of pneumonia, heart failure, gastrointestinal obstruction, tumors, injuries to limbs, and much more.
Laparoscopic Imaging
Laparoscopic imaging combines advanced minimally invasive technology with exceptional diagnostic precision. Our state-of-the-art laparoscopic equipment enables physicians to visualize internal organs and structures through tiny incisions, resulting in faster procedures, reduced recovery times, and minimal scarring for patients.
