Emily Stewart

Dr. Emily Stewart has always known she wanted to be a vet. Her passion for science and medicine combined with her excitement for helping animals made it an easy career choice. She studied biology, health and society at the University of Michigan before attending vet school at the University of Arizona in Tucson. Now, as part of the Golf Rose team, she gets to experience every aspect of vet med, including her special interests in surgery, cardiology and all things ER.

When outside the hospital, Dr. Stewart is an avid football fan (Go Lions and U of M!) She also enjoys running, golfing, knitting/crocheting and spending time with her husband and two dogs, Augusta & Meli.
